Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026.

The short version: the tools are free, they’re yours to use (personally or commercially), your files stay yours, and we won’t make promises we can’t keep. The slightly longer version is below — still in English.

The deal

TechWhack gives you free online tools, reviews and guides. No account needed for most tools, no trial, no “upgrade to unlock”. Use them freely — the only limits are sensible per-batch caps that keep things fast on any device.

Your side

Use the site lawfully and don’t be the reason we can’t have nice things: only process content you have the right to, don’t use our tools to break the law, and don’t try to overload, hammer or reverse-engineer the service.

Our side

We build these tools carefully, but they come “as is”, with no warranty. We can’t promise a flawless result every single time, so give the output a look — the file, QR code, hash or conversion — before you lean on it for anything that matters.

Who owns what

The TechWhack name, design and our original writing are ours. Everything you make or process with our tools is yours — we claim no rights over your files or content. Quote our articles with a link and we’re more than happy.

Ads & links

The site carries ads and links to places we don’t control. Some links may be affiliate links; they never change a verdict. We’re not responsible for what happens on someone else’s website.

If something goes wrong

To the fullest extent the law allows, TechWhack isn’t liable for losses from using the site or its tools — including lost data or an output that wasn’t quite right. Keep a backup of anything important; it’s good practice anyway.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TechWhack operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

If these change

We’ll tweak these terms now and then; using the site means you’re fine with the current version. Stuck on anything? Email [email protected].
